Hi friends. I've been dormant on here for a long while now, and this is why. A few months ago I started a substack publication, and I'm loving it over there 🥰 Delighted to be on the It’s a Journey Podcast for @ujjivati where we spoke about one of my great loves: Yin Yoga. 🌱🌿 small delights from our garden this week ✨ I am an impatient novice gardener but deeply delighted to see things grow! Inspired by @the_elemental_practice to share some of what's brought me joy in the past months. In no particular order, here are: After a long (over a year!) hiatus, I finally got back to writing again… My next few posts will be about meditation as I have recently graduated from the #radiancesutras School of Meditation as a trained #instinctivemeditation teacher 🥳 (Reach out to me for advice or coaching!) Tomorrow evening we dive into the elements of Air and Space, in the final class of my Elemental Restorative series at @yicsingapore . Think breath, freedom, nourishment, rhythm, giving and receiving, silence, possibility, rest... Join me for a beautiful Restorative by Candlelight this Wednesday evening @yicsingapore . We will celebrate and honour the 🔥 within and all around us: the ☀️, the Soul, the heart-fire and the belly-fire, the tiny furnace that is each one of our cells… This Wednesday in our Restorative series is dedicated to the Water Element…flow, ease, rhythms of movement and stillness, purification and cleansing, the beginnings of life, nourishment, circulation and rest. Coming up from next week…a chance to refresh yourself with midday meditation, and an evening of deep rest inspired by Mother Earth.
