We are a mother-daughter duo with over 25 years of combined experience in the fields of holistic health and wellness. Our offerings are crafted from our own exploration and experimentation with numerous modalities, including:
- homeopathy, flower essences, aromatherapy and natural home remedies
- yoga, movement, breathwork, somatics and embodiment studies
- meditation, dharma, divination and spirituality
- coaching and therapy of various kinds (Jungian depth and dream analysis, Buddhist psychology, Focusing, Non-Violent Communication, somatic psychotherapy)
. We aim to empower people to connect with themselves and take the next step towards healing and personal transformation. Since starting The Still Space in 2016, we have worked with hundreds of people of all ages (and some animals), focusing on finding an approach that works for each individual to move towards greater well-being, self-awareness and ultimately a more balanced and fulfilled life.
Below you will find more details of specific modalities that we offer. Much of what we do is an organic interweaving of multiple different systems into one offering or session. All of our sessions are tailored to individuals, working with their bodies, life circumstances and preferences.
Homeopathy and Healing
Homeopathy is a complete system of medicine which has been in worldwide use for nearly two hundred years. It recognises that symptoms of ill health are expressions of disharmony within the whole person. It is a gentle, holistic system that focuses on you as an individual, concentrating on treating your specific physical and emotional symptoms, to give long lasting benefits. Homeopathic treatment works with your body’s own healing powers to restore health and well being. Charu has been practicing as a classical homeopath for over 20 years, providing natural and safe healing options for ailments such as respiratory issues, allergies, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, digestive and neurological disorders and much more.
