Charu Ramesh practices as a classical homeopath and a life guide. She has a background in Buddhist Psychology from her studies with Caroline and David Brazier, and has a strong meditation and yoga practice. She teaches regular dharma classes, drawing on a range of spiritual texts like the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras. The focus of her teaching is to explore how we can use spiritual wisdom to live a grounded, stable and joyful life; and develop the strength to deal with whatever comes our way.
As a life guide, Charu helps people work with relationships, transitions and the issues that life keeps throwing at all of us. The main thread that runs through her work is empowering people by helping them understand how they can take responsibility for their lives. She provides different perspectives on the issues that they might be facing, encouraging a deeper understanding and guiding them to find solutions that best fit their situations.
Charu has an MBA in Business Administration and worked in companies like P&G, Cadbury’s and San Miguel for 11 years, before leaving the corporate life for her current work. She qualified from Misha Norland’s School of Homeopathy in England in 2004 and has been practicing as a homeopath in Singapore since then.
